I see some of these posted on this site as well as the watchtower and other publications, but aren't these are all built into the app now, and anyone can get them from the main JW website.  Am I missing something here?

It's just impatience. The link this brother provides includes being able to put it on JW Library before it actually shows up a few days later.

You’re right. If you know where to look and when, you’ll find them. But it’s a good starting point for an initial examination of the material.
