Why Humans Seem Stronger and Smarter than our Ancestors

Today it's not uncommon for people to advocate for our evolution by pointing at athletic improvements and IQ. We know however that the further back we go ,the closer we were to perfection. This would mean that our ancestors would be fitter and smarter than us. More "potential".

 

Today we have the advantage of collective knowledge from years pas t and better overall education system which teaches most youth all of this accumulated knowledge, but how much would we learn as "individuals" without such? This is where I'd say our ancestors would have the advantage.If our ancestors has all the knowledge and tech we do today, from Noah's time, I'm sure they'd be far more advanced than we are today. Just look at the Egyptians, even today they mystify people, there are debates and confusion over how they built their structures. They did some bad health practices like all ancient cultures, but they were at the very start of human existence, these people could only experiment to learn. (Which is why the cleanness of Israel is so evidently divine education).

 

What is true also is that we "do" physically adapt, whilst we do not evolve, wherever we are, our generations will change physically in accordance to environment within the limitation of our kinds.

 

On this subject I found two really interesting videos which actually go into depth of our "supposed" superiority to our ancestors and confirm the thoughts I have personally had for a long time on this subject. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In essence, we have less natural potential now but more collected knowledge from experience, the first humans had greater potential but less knowledge and experience. Much like comparing a child to an adult, if both are the same age, only then can we say who is really "higher in IQ".

Isn't it interesting how supporters of evolution contradict themselves?  They want to point out athletic improvement and IQ as supporting evolution, yet will turn around and say man has not been recording history long enough to record any evolutionary advances in his biology.   When pressed as to why we don't see evolution happen, they respond with the statement that evolution is slow.
