New Spiritual Mother-in-Law

Yippee! Today I met my hopefully spiritual daughter-in-law! 

 

During the meeting I happen to glance over and there sitting next to my spiritual son was a demure sister. So y'all know what I did after the meeting right? Yep! But not just me though, so by the time I got there he was introducing her.

So I'm smiling like he's my birth son, we hugged, and he explained "this is my spiritual mom." OMG! She began blushing! 

Her name is Naomi, so I said (real dumb like) "keeping it in the family eh"? (his sister's name is Naomi). 

Anyway, I let him know right in front of her that "I approve." He just beamed! (I think it's because the last I saw him talking to a sister I didn't appreciate her manner, etc, and I let him know).

Anyway, I approached his father and said "I met your future daughter-in-law" and he said "welll, we'll see." Dag! I like her! But yeah I know...it's a family affair.

It ended with my hopefully daughter-in-law and I hugging again and me telling her that I love her.
