Highlighting not saved

My wife has an Android tablet, running Android 5.1. In the past couple of weeks, she's experienced problems when preparing for meetings, especially the book study or WT study. She highlights her answers etc, but when she goes out of the app, or closes the tablet, and re-opens it, the highlighting has all disappeared. She's so frustrated with it that she's had to go back to the paper WT for the study. Can anyone help solve this please?

 

I've just updated her JWLib app to version 10.6.33357. PS. Just tried again closing the app, putting the tablet to sleep and re-opening and this time it appears to have save the highlighting. But I thought I'd post this anyway, in case there is anything else I should be aware of.

Yes this was a problem a few days ago but an update to JW Library last wee should have fixed the problem. Check the playstore for an update to JW Library. The problem was caused by an update to Google Chrome.  The Temporary fix was to uninstall that update and check manual updates for that App.

Have you tried using different finger for highlights? 

For instance, the pinky finger leaves pleasant pink highlights ... LOL
