Territory using Google Maps

Brothers....

With the recent change in congregations we acquired some new territory.  The prior hall was using Google Maps.  Are any of you familiar with using this format? We're using Territory Assistant so we will convert it over. But I've never used it before and I'm assisting the brother who's the lead. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. I recently made a complete reformulation of our congregation territories and used Google earth to create the boundaries for the congregation and the individual territories

Then I imported this to Territory Helper (which now doesn't support google anymore but you can still import the kmz file generated by GE) 

I used Territory Helper to create the individual map cards with a QR code automatically created by TH that can be used by the publishers to access the map online while on the territory - This works great

 

I also made several screenshots of the global map and trough stitching of the images I could print an High resolution image to place in the Kingdom Hall:

Thanks @jayrtom! That's what I meant to type, Google Earth...not maps.  The file that was supposed to be sent to me was a kmz file but it never made it to me. I might have to get back to you on working more with Google Earth. I really like the photo you attached.
