Can I wear sports bra for daily activities?

As I'm trying to work out recently, I purchased sports bra and I found how comfortable it is even for daily activities... But, I'm wonder if it will be good, I did some googling, and there's pro and con...

 

I would like to hear first and second experience to proof what I read... Thanks in advance for those who will answer me...

In what you are comfortable. We are not condemned in wearing those, kidding. I love sports bra too. If for everyday use, if the size you have wouldn't be changed that's good too

Mostly the cons I find mentioned bust or breast issue, like too tightening which may not good for the tissue or ligamen or whatever is that... But, I didn't find any pressure, in fact I felt more comfortable...

I really hope not. I won't consider it paradise if I still need to wear those things! With the shape of my shoulders, I constantly have to pull the straps up 🤣

Burt, if I'm understanding Ivy well, it's not a question about morals but about health. It seems some people say those bras can cause problems for certain bust sizes so she's askign for experiences.
