Appreciating Our Moderator's In the Forum

Recommended Posts

With the world heading towards it's final leg, a lot of people just don't show or even say thank you to one another.  The Moderator's in here are not perfect, and some may have physical disabilities, but they are our brother's and sister's.  In our Bible reading this week Eph. 4, 5, & 6, (in) Chapter 4, Paul mentioned how Jehovah and Jesus selected certain ones in the congregations to assist as Apostles, some as evangelizers, some as shepherds and teachers, some of our moderators are elders, ministerial servants, reg. pioneer's, aux. pioneers, and publishers of the good news.  Each one contributes to the building up in this forum, and also at times, to correct things, but in a spirit of mildness.   So let's give our moderators, a big thank you.

I fully agree with your statements ... It's not easy to volunteer time to moderate online forum, and keep up with local congregational arrangements, family and secular employment!

With good reason, the apostle Peter wrote: “Have love for the whole association of brothers.” (1 Pet. 2:17)

I'm in agreement with that. I'll never be a moderator myself, but I can only imagine the amount of sacrifice that goes into it. (Of course, they would never sacrifice their responsibilities in their congregations...) They are all to be commended! I wish I could give them all a hug!

My heart goes out to all of the moderators for providing a place to rest and be refreshed, concealed from the 'senseless one'. I would consider it an act of love if you decided to mute me.

(Matthew 10:42) And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water to drink because he is a disciple, I tell you truly, he will by no means lose his reward.”
(Psalm 141:5) Should the righteous one strike me, it would be an act of loyal love; Should he reprove me, it would be like oil on my head, Which my head would never refuse. My prayer will continue even during their calamities.

(Isaiah 32:2) And each one will be like a hiding place from the wind, A place of concealment from the rainstorm, Like streams of water in a waterless land, Like the shadow of a massive crag in a parched land.
(Isaiah 32:6) For the senseless one will speak nonsense, And his heart will devise harmful things, To promote apostasy and to speak what is wayward against Jehovah, To cause the hungry one to go unfed And to deprive the thirsty one of something to drink.
