The color red...

Recommended Posts

Last night I decided to wear my red top with a flowered skirt to the meeting today. I will admit even to myself that it was a good choice.

Yet I surely didn't expect the amount of praise from the sisters!! One sister said that I should wear red more often because it becomes me, and one sister said that it made me look "sexy" though that was definitely not the intent (actually to be honest I thought and felt that it looked rather drab like just a bit).

Anyway, overall I'm glad I worn it, and will wear red more often, though probably with other colors woven in it or maybe a red scarf. And you know what else? Pink is my favorite color actually.

I'm of the opinion Luezette that anyone who has lovely skin tones as you do looks gorgeous in red, well actually any  colour unlike my pale complexion - I have to be careful what colours to wear.

Luezette, after seeing you with a yellow top on your profile wall, I'm quite sure you look good in most bright colors. Really complements  your cheerful personality. You've also have such a sweet smile.

I've been told to dressed up in more cheerful colors because I looked so sickly in dull muted colors (my favorite is blue)

Just for fun. To be taken with a grain of salt.

Pink:
Pink represents a loving, kind, soft, and sensitive individual, often with a nurturing and sensual side. Your romantic view of life brings you to have idealistic standards, with a sweet and charming side that often makes you a delicate and lovable individual. Pink represents femininity, and a deep need to be accepted and loved unconditionally

Do it with passion or not at all.

Stop and admire a  Dowdeswell Delphinium flower. The glorious, soft pink petals have a white bee at the centre.

Daydream -

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.
