Windows 10 Performance Tips

I have an old PC running Windows 10.

I found these tips helpful to keep my PC still viable instead of paying for a new one (which I rarely use as mostly I use my phone).

Hope others can 'trim the sails' as well.

It would be nice to have 3 options available and accessible by one click of the mouse

 

1. Simplicity Windows 10 ( suitable for older pc) disables and optimizes all functions to run efficiently

2. Medium Windows 10 - some features enabled

3. Windows Max 10 - all enabled (user has to disable functions himself)

 

 

Too much to ask from Microsoft ...LOL

Man was created as an intelligent creature with the desire to explore and understand :)

Actually...step 3 is pretty much the default step...😎

Win 10 v 19H1 the version from April this year has that feature of removing unwanted features, much better than earlier versions. There are programs to make cut back versions if you have full version to work with. There are also lite versions out there, however they may not work well on your machine and you still need your digital key that is your live MS login such as outlook or hotmail account.

Win fall version should be out in next few weeks.
