JW Library etc on iPadOS / iOS 13.2 (issue)

There seems to be an issue with the latest 13.2 release related to memory management. Apps, Safari tabs etc are being reloaded after briefly leaving them.

The brother taking the CBS Tuesday briefly lost his place as JW Library presented a blank page. (He just needed to navigate away and back again but he didn’t seem to be aware of that.)

For example, I keep getting this sort of thing:

 

So it’s worth being aware of the issue if you are about to present some information.

Fixed in iPadOS 13.3 beta.

Reportedly, the update bug fix solved this problem with the IPadOS 13.2.2 (I think it was the same in IOS 13.2.2).

Just updated IpadOS and IOS  to 13.2.3 today.

Just updated IpadOS (ipad pro) to 13.3 today and now the “Breaking News” banner is working.

Is there a way of downloading JW Library on the MacBook Air, I've tried numerous times, to no avail.

Will appreciate assistance.

Our official website JW.ORG shows the only Apple based devices that can use the JW Library are Ipad or Iphone products.  Here is a copy of the website answer:

JW Library is compatible with the following Apple devices:

• iPad 2 and newer (running iOS 9.0 or later)

• iPhone 4 and newer (running iOS 9.0 or later)

• iPod touch 5th generation (running iOS 9.0 or later)

To use the app with a Mac you would need an emulator which installs a window or desktop "home" screen that works like an Android or Windows screen. This would involve programs like Bluestacks or Parallels or something.
