Jw Library not responding when audio is played

Hi all, I  don't know if this is in the right place. If not I apologize. 

 

When I am on jw app for anything where there is audio involved a pop up comes and says,  jw library isn't responding then give me the option of closing, wait or report the app. 

 

Does anyone know why this is? Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, I have the same problem, I simply press "Wait" and the app doesn't crash.

I'm sure the Friends are working on a bugfix.

Okay, Dages I  thought something was wrong with my phone. 

Something else has been happening lately while on is it would disappear while not playing audio. I was thinking my phone must be bugged...🤔

I have a problem with audio too on my iPad. I play an audio file it works fine until I go to close the tab, the tab is closed and the audio still plays. The only way to stop the audio completely is to close the app.

But seriously, it happens to a lot of devices many android users get the message. For iOS users the app just closes. 
 

what can help close the completely and turn your phone off and then on again 1-2 minutes later. Not a reset.

I've done that, numerous times. Same thing happens over again. 

Side note....if it happens to iOS users too, why is Samsung the problem? Lol...

Because things always happen to Samsung (and their proprietary adaptations)...😊

1. The message pops up on Android devices only.
 

2. Sometimes it happens when the phone is over loaded with tasks going on in the background. 

 

3. I don’t like Samsung version of Android. I think Samsung is a fantastic device. But I would never buy myself or anyone a Samsung device. Samsung shouldn’t give android a facelift.
