Wonders of Jehovah's creations inspire science and engineering

Scientists who often deny the existence of God find inspiration in nature. As some of you may know, there is even a dedicated field of science called biomimicry that studies nature to look for ideas to solve engineering problems. My faith gets a boost whenever I see real-world examples of biomimicry, because I see them as proof of God's immense wisdom and love. So let us post info on how scientists have found solutions by imitating our God's awe-inspiring creations.

 

Here is a video by the BBC of how Japanese engineers managed to reduce the air resistance of a bullet train by designing its nose in imitation of the kingfisher's beak.
