How do you take your carbonhydrate?

I once heard a brother saying the fruitages of holy spirit come from carbonhydrate. (Probably a joke because of those people on a diet getting angry more easily)

 

Anyway, how do you take your carbonhydrate?

I only take  whole-meal grain or brown rice.. never white rice or white grain. Doesn't make me feel good.
