How to connect audio of Broadcast Video to Phone Call?

An elderly sister in my congregation is alone in the truth. The sister does not have an Android phone and does not have Internet access. The sister hears the congregation meeting by phone call. How can we help that sister hears to that audio of broadcast video that will be released next week for us? Please give  tips

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking if there's a way she can see the video of the program later? If anyone in any congregation hears the meeting on the phone, that's about the best we can do for them. That is, unless someone is willing to put the entire meeting on to a DVD for her.

someone with a PC can call her with their phone, place their phone next to the PC speaker and play the audio over the phone - if all else fails.
