Where are the JWL app videos stored?

Hi!

 

  I've always found the folder where JWL (android) stores the videos I download.

 

  But since a few weeks, I notice that it changed ... It's just not in the usual folder, in my case: SD / Android / data / org.jw.jwlibrary.mobile / files / movies

 

  Storage location changed.

 

  Could you help me?

 

  Does anyone know in which folder iit's been stored?

Check the JWLIBRARY app setting to see if the location changed to the internal memory.

It hasn't changed the location. I already checked.

The app it's ok. 

But sometimes I need to copy some downloaded files from my phone to a pendrive or a HDD. I also share a group of video or audio files with another phone and it's easier from that folder. From the app I only can share 1 file at a time. 

The oldest files are still there but not the lastest ones.

But it's ok, I'll adapt.

Just wondering... 🤷‍♀️ where are those files now...

It can be in the Movies folder in the root directory of your internal storage or sdcard.

It's not there. I already checked.

in fact, I searched them in the internal and external storage, including the hidden folders, and nothing.

In mi case are in JW library folder in movies folder in root folder of phone.

@.Ivan. The same thing happens with my tablet, but on my phone it is always stored in the external storage because I configured it that way.

But good news:  I founded them! 😁There were stored in the usual folder.

The problem was that I set the folder view to "newest day first", and strangely some files have very advanced dates. I don't know why. I guess they were my pending updates. There must have been some problem...🤷‍♀️

And that's why I only saw those files first

But the ones I downloaded recently are there.🙂
