mDomestics - Congregation Management System

Hello All,

 

I wanted to update everyone on the progress of mDomestics, which is a congregation management system I have been developing now for almost 4 years. It is available in the App Store for iPads only. So my original goal was to develop an app for the iPad that would allow Elders and Servants to manage congregation assignments on the Christian Life and Ministry school as well as all the other assignments such as Public talks, mics and stage, sound console, attendants, and most recently Zoom Host and Co-Hosts. I wanted the secretary to be able to manage publisher service reports and provide reports to the Branch and the CO when needed. I wanted to develop it on the iPad because of the security that the IOS platform offers as well as ease of use. I wanted to make a system that would sync itself to all other iPads in the same Congregation without having to share database files and such. I am happy to say I have accomplished everything I set out to get done. I have also been able to integrate the Virtual Information Board system called Padlet into mDomestics so information that is posted on the virtual board can be viewed and posted from mDomestics. I am actively working on new features that will allow Congregations to look at available months and speakers in their local network neighborhood to make it easier to schedule talks with other congregations. Because of COVID-19 I had to add the ability to adjust schedules and such to support Zoom assignments and responsibilities. I hope to continue adding useful features and improving the app as we go along. You can visit the App Store on your iPad and search for mDomestics to see what it is all about. You can download the app for FREE and even use it as a single user for FREE forever. If you want to have several brothers helping manage the system there is a yearly fee just like many of the other theocratic tools out there. Please let me know if you have any questions. I appreciate the brothers here at jwtalk for allowing me to post this information as I believe mDomestics is a wonderful tool. I do not wish to break any rules so let me know if I am doing so and I will take action to correct it.

Is it only available in US? Dos not show up on "kangaroo" App Store

Right now it is only in English but I would think it would show up in any English speaking areas. I will look into that for you.
