JW Library crashing when listening to audio

Has anyone been having issues with JW library when listening to audio? I'm running it on my phone - galaxy. I listen to Media --> audio --> and then original songs or the audio for the convention. It plays for a while and then the app resets & goes back to main screen. It happens when playing audio inside of a WT article also. I'm playing downloaded audio - not playing from the cloud.

 

I'm hoping there's a setting I can adjust to keep this from happening. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, I also remember JWL crashing on my Android tablet when I used it a few years ago. On some Android devices, it is just not very stable at times. There's not any settings to adjust that I'm aware of. Usually reinstalling the app can fix it temporarily. One other thing you can try is a factory reset of the phone, which you probably will not want to do, which is completely understandable. I would particularly not want to that either. And that could also be a temporary fix.

 

Maybe some others might have some ideas that I'm not thinking of.

Have you verified that the app has updated to the latest version?
