Study Edition Not Displaying the Four Gospels

Has anyone experienced the four gospels not displaying.  When I click one of them, the program takes me back to the home page.  It only does this them, the others takes me to the chapter and vessels.  Any suggestions on how to fix or will I have to delete the entire Bible and start again.  I don’t want to lose all my notes.

Verses not vessels.

I just tried all of my devices including Windows 10 desktop, Apple IOS for Ipad and Iphone and my Android 8 smartphone.  All of them opened correctly.

Wil, I don't know how to solve this issue, but you don't need to lose your notes. There is a backup function for that.

 

Go to Personal Study and click on the cloud icon on the top right corner of the app. Then Make a backup. You can store it on Google Drive or on your device. Then when you delete and reinstall the app, use the same button to Restore backup and you will have all your notes.
