JW APP UPDATE 13 on iPad

I am crashing constantly. Have yet to be able to even look at the library. Anyone else having issues? My iOS is up to date too.

No, I am not having issues.  I have the updated JW Library on my Windows 10 desktop PC, my Ipad Pro, my Iphone 10Xmax phone and 2 Android phones (one running Android 10 and the other Android 8).

 

All of these devices work well, opening, closing loading material and search functions.

 

My wife uses an Ipad Pro and has an Iphone 8 and hers works as well.

No issues here with version 13 on a variety of devices across the three major platforms, including iPhone and iPad.

Had to delete app from iPad and reinstall. Now all is good. Sad part is having to reload all those goodies again

Off topic, but similar.

 

I have an android tablet and was running out of memory. I also have a SD card for additional memory, but wasn’t using in for JWLibrary ARGH! I couldn’t find an easy way to move the files from local to the card; so, I deleted the app and had to reload everything, but this time using the card for storage. No kidding on the time to reload everything.
