I believe this company is run by brothers and the customers reviews by brothers have slanted towards favorable. I hope you get your order soon. 

A review : 

I had ordered for the first time on a site (so maybe I was not used to steps and delivery etc) however today on delivery I was surprised that the box was half torn and that the survival bag was in a box and that on the diary for my sister he missed the 4th of her baptism date .... sniff sniff. That said, this in no way detracts from the quality of the products and the effect it had on my parents and my little sister.... thank you to you and see you soon for an order.....
