JW Helper not finding JW Library root file.

Struggling to find the root library for JW library so that JW Helper works…. I’m guessing that’s a tricky question given it could have been loaded anywhere, but I’m assuming when it’s been done, brothers have just clicked accept..  so at home it found it immediately, but at the hall it’s struggling..   maybe because of sharing the hall, the location differs from normal..  anyone else experienced this and able to recall the root I need to type in?   Thanks friends.

JWL Helper responded to my question with this..  

Typically the root is:

C:\Users\<your profile name>\AppData\Local\Packages\WatchtowerBibleandTractSo.45909CDBADF3C_5rz59y55nfz3e

If it's not there, then I'm afraid I don't know what to suggest!

I don’t think so, but I need to get some time later this week to get back to the hall and see..  will resolve it somehow and post the results..  maybe within a week, as no meetings this week, we have circuit assembly.

So.. I went to the hall today, all resolved.   The root for JWL wasn’t the issue, it was where JW library was set to store downloaded files, once I found that, I was able fairly easily to edit the location to suit, and all is now properly linked.   If you get the issue, private message me and I can share more fully how to resolve it.
