How to set up JWPUB inbox on Windows 11?

I would set up the JWPUB inbox for elders in Mail on Windows 11.

In Windows 10 it works fine.

In Windows 11 there is an error message on the same account.

Does anyone have a hint?  Please PM.

I first tried it on my Win10 tablet and got an email that the administrator was checking the settings. After 2 days I received old and new mails in Windows Mail.

 

In February I equipped 2 desktops with SSDs and installed Win11. Then I set up Win Mail.

There are now 2 working email accounts and JWPUB that refuses to work.

 

Every time I turn on the computer, Windows asks me if I want to set up a new account in Mail and shows me JWPUB with an exclamation mark.

This happens on both devices.

I have followed the instructions for Win10 Mail exactly and have set it up several times and waited much more than 2 days several times.

I removed and reinstalled JWPUB on the Win10 tablet again. And after a short wait it worked perfectly.

It's something in Windows11.

At the moment Windows 11 does not appear to be supported.

I suspect it has something to do with either the version of exchange / activesync or with security policies since connecting to branch email does set some security policies for your computer.

I installed on windows 11 with no problems. Just had to wait a couple of days to start receiving emails, after approval from the administrator
