KHS Users - I need some help

I have been using KHS for many years as the Public Talk Coordinator and the A/V servant.  I have recently been assigned to do the Midweek Meeting Schedule.

Does anyone know how to clear bulk dates from the Auto Assigned dates in the A/V schedule?  I asked it to auto assign for only 2 months, yet it assigned out 1 year.  Now as I go to try and schedule my MidWeek it is giving priority to the A/V schedule.

Probably too late to help you but the when we were using it, the only way I figured out to clear them was to manually delete them. If you backed up your file, you could upload a previous version.

I finally figured out that was the only way to do it.
