JW Stream invites. Expiry dates.

At the moment, we are asked to use JW Stream invites to access Circuit assembly programs (BR).

 

The problem I am finding with many is that the invite either is expired when sent, or expires after one time access, regardless of the preset duration of the invite. It doesn't happen always, but is very inconvienient when it does. Has any one else experienced this and resolved it?

JW Stream invite link should not expire until the expiration date passes. It can be used multiple times by the recipient. I myself never had such problem, but for now I can suggest you to try using the download videos options, since inviting to JW Stream also allows you unlimited access to download the videos.

Could you describe what the recipients experience at the moment, after you sent them the invite?

 

For example, what screen appears? What message do they get on their screen? What happens once they press your invite?

If the person that created the invitation deletes it or changes it after it has been sent, it invalidates the invitation link. Ensure that the person that creates the link leaves the invitation alone until after the expiration date.
