Personal information in NW Publisher app

Question ...Is there any way that a publisher can remove their personal information  ie: birthdate, email,home address, phone number from this app? I didn't put it in and the Brother says he has removed it on his end. However when I  remove it it keeps coming back. I have even disconnected myself from the congrgation and uninstalled the app then put it back on and the information keeps coming back. I even removed the app from my unistalled apps on google play store personal area. When I put the app back on however the information comes back again. How can I  remove these items from the app for good?  I am currently feeling very frustrated as I have been a victim of Id theft in the past.
