JW library bug on Windows 11 on arm

I created this new topic because the latest version of JW Library on Windows 11 is full of issues on my notebook, which, I must mention, has an arm CPU (Snapdragon 8cx gen2).

Here are the problems I'm experiencing:

- Often, the home page doesn't load and remains completely white.

- The application frequently closes by itself.

- Inside any publication, the right part where there should be notes and other references often remains empty, and when that happens, all the highlights disappear as well.

 

I tried deleting everything and reinstalling without loading the backup, but the same issues persist.

 

Has anyone experienced similar problems?

Hello Fabio,

Sometimes new releases are containing unfixed bugs, and should be a time to implement the fixes.

I have faced with some problems on Android devices, but this has been fixed by versions downgrade (apkmirror.com)

You might look in internet older installation files.

Quick and dirty solution is to install some android emulator and run JW Library inside virtual Android.

Also you might try to reinstall JWLibrary using Powershell script as described here:

I try to install with powershell but the bug are the same.

Fabio, you can call your branch and ask for technical assistance with JW Library. The brothers will give you some suggestions or, if it's a bug, will take note and fix it in a future update.

Did you receive any advice regarding the crash issues?  We recently started experiencing issues during our meetings after the recent update adding the playlist feature.  Reinstalled but didn’t seem to help anything.
