congress department JW Hub accounts

hello brothers 
I have a question:

I'm going to be in the accounts department for the first time 

talking yesterday with a brother who stayed last week in the department, he showed me through the jw hub a type of guide that I access for the congress that I am registered.

In this new tab I can check the forms I need like CO-56 and CO-40 to print and have ready for the days in the department....

but I couldn't access this tab.... I looked for it and couldn't find it.

does anyone have any idea about this tab?

secretary who releases it?
