Printer Problem

I am writing letters for my territory & having a problem printing the adresses on the envelopes. I set it for landscape but it prints portrait. I have tried all that I know to do to change it :it isn't working. Can I get some help please? Thank you:perplexed:

It depends on what program you are trying to print the envelopes from. If you are using Microsoft Word, then you need to do it from "Tools/letters and mailings/Envelopes and mailers"

This will let you choose the size of the envelope and show you which direction to insert it depending on your printer.

This is what I've been doing. Only difference is that I choose the direction to insert it. It has previously worked. Really got me stumped.

It should have a little picture in the envelope printing properties that will show you how to insert it depending on your printer. It is very hard to change it to a different configuration as the options are contained in the driver package of the printer. Notice the little "feed" diagram on the bottom right of the envelope printing window:

My printer shows 6 different feed methods and I have to choose which one to use and it doesn't have a pic of how to feed. It's a cheap computer & I guess you get what you pay for. I printed envelopes for quite a while with no problems then this happened. Thanks, Chuck for your help.
