I keep meaning to find a way to send them of as one attachment thru the Outlook express. I would love to know how to that.

I usually send them of individually, But I have noticed a few attachments on some of the emails I get from other clients. So any Ideas please. I appreciate this, Thanks

All you need to do is select a doc from the selection box that opens from the Attachment button and add it to the email. If you want to add more attachments, you just keep pressing the Attachment button for each addition. You will end up with a selection of attachments in the Attachment bar that will appear below the CC & BCC lines.

Yes, I send invoices all the time via email. I don't use paper for anything anymore. I use Gmail, and there is an "Attach a file" link in the header. When I click it, a window opens up and I can navigate to the folder on my computer where the file I want to attach/send is located and select it. It sounds like Jan uses outlook and the the process is very similar.
