I am trying to download the bible to my phone. When I click on mp3, a pop-up comes up, but I can't see a way to scroll down to the book I want. Anyone know how to do it?

The whole Bible in MP3 format would be a huge file to download to your phone. If you go to this link with your mobile browser and tap on "MP3" the Bible reading should start right in your browser. Is that what you mean?

No. I only want to download a specific book, like Joel. I click on the mp3 tab and a pop-up comes up, but there is no way to scroll down to Joel.

The whold file would fit because I have a huge memoey card.

The only option I see is to download a chapter at a time. Click on the book you want and when it opens, right-click on a chapter and choose "save link as" or just "save as" depending on your browser.

There is also the option to save all the chapters as a zip file. That will get you the whole Bible book in one download, then all you have to do is decompress it to your mobile device.

The only problem is I can't scroll down to the book I want. All I see in the pop-up is Genesis and Exodus.

On my Samsung S3, I tap on the "MP3" button just under the Bible and I am taken to another page with the list of all the Bible books. I get no "pop up" window.

Are you using the "mobile interface"? It should be automatic, but sometimes you have to go to the bottom of the home page and click on the mobile interface.

You might end up having to download them on your computer and then move them to you phone.

I don't see mobile interface at the bottom of the home page. I do have an mp3 player. I will try to put it on that.

Michael, a brother in my congregation has the same problem. He has a Gingerbread (Android 2.3.?) phone using the stock browser. My suggestion was to try another browser, like Google Chrome or Dolphin HD. I am not sure if Chrome is supported on Gingerbread or not.

I have Ice Cream Sandwich, and I can do it just fine on all three browsers. But my stock browser is definitely different than your stock browser.

I'm glad to find out that I am not the only one with that problem. I'm not that tech savvy, so I will just try to download it on my MP3 player. Thanks for all the help.
