JW Library in landscape mode on an iPhone

Hi brothers and sisters,

 

My wife and I have a strange experience. 
 

My wife’s phone is an iPhone 11 and mine is an iPhone 13 Pro. When she turns her phone into landscape view, she gets the pane in the right side, just like on a tablet. But I don’t. When I turn it to landscape the whole screen is used to show the pane content.

 

We both have the same iOS, screen settings, Library settings. Everything is identical except the phone model and therefore also the screen size and resolution:
iPhone 11, 6.1” and 1792x828px

iPhone 13 Pro, 6.1” and 2532x1170px

 

It really puzzles me. Anyone know why?

I have a Moto G5Plus where the screen resolution is 1920 x 1080px and only 5.2" screen, so it is somewhat closer to your wife's resolution. When I put the phone into landscape, the menu pane is a the bottom for me like yourself.

 

I guess with JWLib app, if the smaller resolution is lower then 1000px (or perhaps even 900px or some other threshold) the pane will be on the right as with your wife's phone.

 

I am only speculating. However, I was playing around with JWL on BlueStacks android emulator and the pane is always at the bottom regardless of the resolution (even down to 540 x 960px).
