A discussion board like JWTalk has a tree-like structure of forums and sub-forums that are designed to categorize various topics of discussion. Simply stated, a topic is a single conversation also referred to as a thread, and a forum is a folder or container that contains several topics that fall within a category. Each new discussion started is called a topic/thread and can be replied to by as many people as so wish. Participant have to register with JWTalk and subsequently log in to post messages. However, on most of our forums, users do not have to log in to read existing messages. Most of our forums are publicly visible, while just a few of them are members only.
The popularity of Social Media has impacted discussion boards in that new members to internet forums often don't think about how the various forums in the community act as categorizations for discussion topics. So in this post and the ones that follow, we hope to give some helpful explanation as to how we categorize threads here at JWTalk, so that when you decide to start a new topic for discussion, you will have a better understanding as to which forum you should post your topic.
Please continue reading to get a better idea of which topics belong in which forums...

Our current VPS server is a shared-core environment with 3.25 GB of RAM and 90 GB of disk space (we are using 45 to date). It is a normal hard drive.
The new VPS server will have 2 dedicated cores, 4 GB of RAM, and 100 GB of disk space. However, this is a SSD drive.
Our current CPU load averages at the time of this writing this are "0.71 0.85 0.92" (those are 1, 5, and 15 minute averages), which means we're utilizing less than 1 core's worth of processor time. Over the last 8 hours, our load never got above 1.3. Since we will be utilizing dedicated CPU cores instead along with an SSD drive, we likely will see a performance improvement.

It is free and written by a brother and I would like to highly recommend it.
Some one has actually taken the time to imagine the new world with the various things we understand currently and add in a few thoughts of what things might be like.
It is pretty well written - although I think he could use a really editor to find typos and that type of thing and perhaps make suggestions to really improve it to be an EXCELLENT written work. But that costs $$$ and this is FREE. And certainly beat out my expectations!
I would love to talk with others who have read it and get some thoughts, but not if it is at the expense of your doing your own Bible reading - as THAT is inspired by God and what we need. Where as, this is just for fun reading.
