Overview
The “Literature Orders—Interactive Template” is an interactive PDF form designed specifically for Literature Servants in English congregations. This user‑friendly template lets Literature Servants enter data directly into form fields and print the results, streamlining the process of tracking and organizing publication requests to ensure all necessary materials are available for congregation meetings and public ministry.
Template Structure
The template is organized into five main sections:

How to Use This Template
Getting Started

Opening the template
- Use Adobe Reader for full interactive functionality.
- The first page (template cover) is not intended for printing.
- Some buttons automatically trigger printing when clicked.

- Save your entries for future reference.
- Each section includes Print and Clear buttons for quick management.
Filling Out Each Section
Enter publisher names in the left‑hand column of each table, then record the requested quantities for each publication.

Note: The “Total (per page)” row at the bottom of each section automatically calculates the sum of all quantities entered in the columns.
Using the Template for Record‑Keeping

Use the “Print All” button on the first page to generate a complete record.

Print individual sections with their section‑specific Print buttons.

Maintain printed or saved records for inventory and congregation reference.

Use Clear buttons to reset a section if you need to start over.
Additional Notes
Literature Servants using this template are free to use it the way they want to. There are no strict guidelines on how to use the template. This template is meant solely for Literature Servants and should not be used by regular publishers.
This is not an official form. This file cannot be redistributed outside of the website where it was posted. The form is currently only available in English. A separate file will be made available soon for use by congregations not in English.
This template was first produced in 2018, then revised in 2020, and again in 2025.
