Interesting.  When you hear of the fundamentalists turning on the more 'established' religions, it reminds me of a sort of figurative version of Ezekiel 38:21.

Yeah one "brother" using his sword against another.  It also reminds me of Jesus' words (Matthew 12:25, 26) . . .Every kingdom divided against itself comes to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. 26 In the same way, if Satan expels Satan, he has become divided against himself; how, then, will his kingdom stand? 

 
It's like a form of institutional cannibalism where they're feeding on themselves.  That can only end badly.
