I use to be able to pull up centralprint.net/jwtalks, but now when I do, page comes up error no page found.

 

The host for centralprint appears to be down. They didn't remove the talk archive specifically, apparently the host is undergoing technical difficulties.

Sorry but I must to say that to put online talks and parts of assemblies program shocks me a little.

What about the instructions of km 4/10 ?

"Attached" means uploaded as an attachment and hosted on the JWTalk servers. The talk in the OP is a link to dropbox, thus it remains acceptable.

Well, I have surely a point of vue too strict on this and I don't want particularly to polemize. Sorry
