Seeking sister from Hilo, Hawaii

Hi there,

My mum is a NZ delegate for the Hawaii International Convention in November and she wants to visit the volcanoes to watch the lava flows. Given that she is my mum, I was hoping someone might know a sister in Hilo that could either take her around or meet up with her for lunch or something? She has accommodation, I just know that she's going to be overwhelmed with emotion and will reflect heavily on the hand that Jehovah has had in her life and I don't want her to be alone but am hoping to find someone who will allow her to take it all in.

We are having an international in my city.  We will be taking the foreign delegates to many local sites of interest as well as historical sites.

 

I am positive the friends in Hawaii will also be doing this for the international delegates.  I would have her wait til she gets to Hawaii and talk to the local congregations there.  Volcanoes are a huge tourist attraction, I'd be shocked if she was not able to get some brothers/sisters to take her.

Thank you both. I know she will be looked after, I just wasn't sure as it is a different island to where the convention is.
