The World Is Closer Than Ever to a Nuclear Deal

Yesterday talks resumed at the UN over the nuclear deal with Iran. Officials feel they are closer than ever to reaching the agreement. For the first time Israel was also present for the talks. Which is the first article added. In the second article however, Iran spoke against Israel being a nuclear country that has not signed the previous treaty from 1970. Then General Ban Ki Moon spoke stating that the U.S. and Russia have not followed this same treaty and they must do their part.
