Frosted Banana Bars

Frosted Banana Bars

1/2 cup butter,softened

2 cups sugar

3 eggs

1-1/2 cups mashed bananas(3 med.ones)

1 tsp.vanilla

Cream this together.Then add:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

Dash of salt

Mix together and spread into a greased 15 by 10in pan.Bake 20 to 25 minuits at 350*

Cream Cheese Frosting

1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese,softened

1/2 cup butter,softened

4 cups powedered sugar

2 tsp vanilla

Cream together and frost cooled banana bars.Makes 36 bars.

I just copied/pasted my Banana Bread Recipe and Nancy's Frosted Banana Bars here so we have all of the recipes until Bob sets up a forumn for it. I have also copied and sent all of these recipes to my email box so I can save them in my Online Recipes Box, with title! That way, I can just scan through them and find the one I want! Might be a good idea for some others on here too!
