Recommended Posts

Max Liebster who passed away in May of 2008 at the age of 93.  Was born in 1915 in Germany.  Her saw first hand and experienced the treatment of the Jews in Germany in the 1930's and he experienced what continued to happen during the 1940's.  He was young Jew in his twenties.

He became filled with despair ended up in concentration camps which was how he met Jehovah's Witnesses and he ended up becoming a brother.

He married Simone maiden name Arnold in 1956 she is the author of Facing the Lion Memoirs of a Young Girl In Nazi Europe which I also posted about.

His book has disturbing parts in it and it has a lot of sadness but I found it a good read.
