Add One's Own Video To JL Library

Does anyone know how to add one's own video to JL Library and map that video to a note? 

For instance, from time to time a brother, often from the governing body or one of their helpers, will give an outstanding explanation of a scripture, often in a convention part.  What I'd like to be able to do is to cut that video down to the part where the brother is explaining the scripture, and then put a link in a note to that video, very much like how the research guide does with paragraphs from a Watchtower/Awake! or IT book.  But I haven't been able to figure out how to do that with a video.

The work around is to do the same thing with the video (cut it down to a specific point) and store that in a separate file on my computer, and in the note for a specific scripture, write something like, "see video xyz in "Lloyd's video notes" file.  But it would be much handier if I could just click on a link within a note and have the video automatically play.

 

Anyone have any ideas on how that could be accomplished?

How about making a note with that scripture referring to the video and a time point of where that scripture is being used?

 

I am just thinking in reverse to your quandary.
