NW Publisher App - Circuit Overseer's Visit Information

Recommended Posts

We are using the NW Scheduler/Publisher for the first time centering around the CO visit. What we noted was that although the NW Scheduler allows us to schedule the CO's information for the LACM meeting this information does not migrate over to the NW Publisher app. It does not show the CO's talk nor anything else to suggest this is the CO's visit. It does show the Congregation Bible Study and reader headings but that is of course blank as no one is scheduled during his visit. Does anyone know if this just the way the app is constructed or are we missing something?

Thanks friends,

Jeffjazzy

Maybe they will add/fix this in a future release? What you can do as a workaround is attach the program of that week as a pdf file to an announcement under Information Board. The service schedule of the visit is shown as usual under the option schedules / Field Service.

Brother Janox, thank you for that response. I've wrestled with the same problem that started this thread and am glad to find a workaround. BTW, it's almost May, 2024, and there's seems to be no progress on the CO visit issue—but thank you again for the workaround.
