Well Oiled Dishes

Well oiled dishes...........Does anybody have any suggestions what this could be?

I think it is cut up veggies cooked in Olive oil.

In that case any suggestions.

I've cooked sweet onions in Olive oil it is always popular at dinner time.

This oil dish was very good.

Whole Garlic and Red potato's

Simply pull apart Garlic cloves, leave the shell on the clove.

Put the garlic in Olive oil and cook with red sliced potato's.

Parsley

Salt/ Pepper to taste.

When done the garlic had consistency of butter and tasted mild.

Salmon cakes in Olive oil turned out crispy and good.

A brother made us grilled salad last week...he had baked the grape tomatoes,onions,garlic cloves,zuchini ,and ripe and green olives in the oven with olive oil and spices then on the grill he chopped heads of lettuce into 1/4ths and grilled with a little olive oil,we tossed it all together ....it was excellent.
