I like quotes...i have reading most of your signature ..some wrote quotes...that drive me to put a thread about quotes reflections..

The quote below quotes my attention to one of the Scripture in the Bible.

It says....

"We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.”(Unknown source")

Reading James 1:19-20 made me to reflect on the quote thought it has practical use for us Jehovas Witness....

A wise man once said that you can't learn anything when you're mouth is always jabbering.Think about it...anything that comes out of your mouth, you already know.

So you're learning absolutely nothing. It's only when you listen to others that you learn...

This has a lesson to us on what we speak less and give more attention to directions...

What does the quote reflect for you?Is there any practical use with bad gossip?

I love this quote Rachel. Its true. any thing that comes out of your mouth is already known by you. when you listen to others, you learn new things.
