Thanks for sharing! I'll have a look... I'm very much in agreement that smartphones are making us all stupider, literally causing our brains to rot from under use, but it's all in how we use it. Just another tool for wother good or bad.

 

Have you ever seen anything by Andrew Huberman? He addresses a lot of similar issues in his podcast. He's a neuroscientist and associate professor in ophthalmology and something else.... but he speaks openly about his belief in god and so far he's pretty much on point with a lot of things.

 

He has a lot of tatoos and prefers to hide them when giving lectures, as he doesn't want to distract from the information he is presenting.... he comes across as quite humble in his approach.
