Tag titles in drop-down box when saving a note not in alphabetical order

Hi All,

After the recent Library 15.0.2 backup my tags are not in alphabetical order in the drop-down box.

They are alphabetical on the personal study page, but when trying to save a note to a tag the drop-down box has the tags all scrambled making it very difficult to find and select the appropriate tag for the note.

Anyone else having this issue, or knows how to correct this?
