JW Library Won't Open Completely

I downloaded the S-41 to my iPad yesterday, from JW Documents. I shared it to the JW Library app and it didn't open as it normally would. Since then, when I attempt to open the Library app, the background and logo come up but it goes no further. The app then minimizes and appears to run in the background. When I double-click the home button and select the app, it does the same thing. I am running the current version of the app and am on iOS 26.3. I have closed the app, restarted the device and tried reopening it with the same result. I have even off loaded the app and reinstalled it, with the same result. Unfortunately, I have not backed up recently and I have made extensive notes in the last couple of weeks so I am trying to avoid deleting and reinstalling the app. Are there other options?
