Were you able to find the video in this year’s Invitation to the Celebration library?

It only had hymns and two images

But I couldn’t find the video on continuous loop

The welcome video? It is out now on most languages.

Yes, this exact video. 
It’s funny that when I downloaded the JW file, only the images came through—not the video.

The instructions say that when you download the Invitation under the “Media” option, you can view everything.

Is that correct?

But in Brazilian Portuguese, that didn’t happen…

It’s probably because it is not yet available for Brazilian Portuguese but check on the website, which is the link I gave you and search if your language shows up. If not, that means the video not available for your language.

 

If it is, then you need to update the invitation in the app. If that didn’t work, then just download it from the website then upload it to the app and put it to the playlist.

Yes, the welcome video is not yet available on the Brazilian Portuguese invitation media. If you don't want to wait for it to be updated, you can download it from JW Hub on the jw.org website when you search for it, or download the invitation in another language, where the Brazilian Portuguese option will appear in the video when you click on the three dots in other languages.
