The Memorial in Remembrance of Christ (Poem)

Just think, no hesitation, and with affections meditate

On a day of remembrance when a greater gift of hope

One life that lead millions whose steps should imitate

A precious gift with blood was sign and given at great cost.

Our heart must mourn but wait, we jump in great rejoice

The great teacher forsake his life so we can really share

On a venture of eternal blessing when we make the perfect choice

By following him without a doubt during many of Satan snares.

We see the bread with purity and look! without compare

Think of what he did for us, so humanity could obtain

An eternal life of service because he really bare

our sins with great suffering, with death, and wearily pain.

Observe the cup of red wine, as red as the blood he shed

That pleads for us to….our mighty God himself

His innocent life he gave for love because for love he let

Be called a liar and took the shame so we could life regain.

Come join me on 14 of Nisan, to observe with great respect

The love that God has given, by sending to his death

His first creation loving son so humanity could get

The fulfilling of the promise in the beginning was all set.
