Lost your job and can’t find work?

Struggling financially because of the worldwide bad economy?

When Jesus was here on earth, his family was poor and we know this because they had to make their sacrifices by offering 2 turtledoves as the Law indicated. (Leviticus 5:7 - “‘If, though, he cannot afford enough for a sheep, then he must bring as his guilt offering for the sin that he has committed two turtledoves or two young pigeons to Jehovah, one for a sin offering and one for a burnt offering.)

Though, it was a different time, this could have been a possible scenario:

Jesus’ family were just making ends meet on a carpenter’s salary. The mother did not work. She was staying home with the children instructing them and bringing them up in the discipline and mental-regulating of Jehovah. Though poor, they were rich, spiritually rich.

Jesus during his ministry, he did not have a place to lay down his head. Jesus’ words: “Foxes have dens and birds of heaven have roosts, but the Son of man has nowhere to lay down his head.” (Luke 9:58)

Consider his life and you will find that he was happy, peaceful and content.

Do you think Jesus Christ understands what we are going through?

Romans 13:11 "[Do] this, too, because YOU people know the season, that it is already the hour for YOU to awake from sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than at the time when we became believers."

Makes me think of 1 Timothy 6:8 “So, having sustenance and covering, we shall be content with these things.”
