"apology To The Elephants"

If you have time to catch this documentary on TV please do.  Just grab a box of tissue when you do.  It was a wonderful presentation which I felt brought glory to one of Jehovah's great creations--the Elephant.  It gave a glimpse into their personality and the way they were brought into various countries and their life as abused circus animals.  I will never go to another circus again.

Yes, I learned about the 'joy' an elephant experiences in circus life about 30 years ago.  Have been trying to warn people off of them ever since then.  I often think that because of the way humans have and do treat animals, most do not deserve to have animals.  I used to get newsletters in the mail detailing all the animal abuse that goes on in the world.  I finally had to unsubscribe from them, because it just broke my heart constantly.  And things haven't gotten any better.  Just more proof that Jehovah has to step in to put things right.  Please, Jehovah, come soon, and relieve ALL suffering!

I found this scripture to be very comforting: Hosea 2:18, particularly for the wild animals, including these beautiful graceful Elephants.
